Since April 2010, Jochen Adamek worked as a research associate at the Database Systems and Information Management (DIMA) group at the Technische Universität Berlin in the European funded DOPA  project. Previously he was mainly engaged in the project ELS  (energy-optimized control and failure management system).
He worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Telecommunication at the TU Berlin in the DFG-project CONDEL (Consensus despite delaying and lossy networks) and at the Chair of Theoretical Computer Science/Formal Specification at the TU Berlin in the projects forMalNET und Behaviour-GT. Jochen Adamek wrote his diploma thesis about the topic “Conception and Implementation of an application for attributed Graph Transformation based on Mathematica” and achieved the degree “Master of Computer Science” in 2009.
His research interests include information management, automatic configuration of data bases and attributed graph transformation.
